Yeah, that's not true. There are quite a few bots available for the current RL client. Public ones are just pixel-reading bots, while private ones are more sophisticated.

Botting is frowned upon here, so don't get your hopes up. However, I was able to find a few with a quick google search so maybe start there.

Doubtful. All of the private bots that I'm aware of are only used by the developer themselves, or a small group of trusted users. One developer told me that they prefer the money the bot generates for them from in-game loot than to have to play cat-and-mouse with BattlEye and risk having their accounts banned/deleted just to potentially make more money in the short term from selling it.

It's working and many people are botting 400~ level chars on it making nice amount of bank.
Active support on discord, too.

It's not as great as old bots and you have to use their VMs to run the bot which can sometimes lag... but it works and it's public.

Edit:
Worth making note that rotworm bot is a scam, there is a fake staff member there with the name "Blakw" there pretending to be the real Blakw from windbot/xenobot days.

thanks for the info, just bought the 10 hours key and running it on a side account just to try it, seems pretty decent but EXPENSIVE AF

you can switch vm quality down and it'll improve the speed

okay it is really great (to a certain extent) and not expensive if you think about it, but I wish the waypoint creation was more user friendly since there are not much scripts and I wanted to create some for myself

i made 6x 200-270+ lvls on that bot, over 4 months without delete. those lags you see are coz of vnc viewer. ingame bot is walking good.

and its easy to make own scripts, everything comes out of the box, you only need to know how to hunt that spawn to recreate similar waypoints.

and buy 720hours/30 days for 750tc instead 10-50 hours. way cheaper but you need atleast 3 chars to make it worth.

I kinda lost about 200 euro when this bot got public for the first time. I bought 2x 30 days license, 6x prems, 200 knight and after 1 month, 80% of people that used the bot got deleted, incluing my 2 highest lvls out of 6 all bot characters.

I decided not to give up and try again. I bought 6 prems, made 2 more characters, bought again 2 vms and started to bot
After 1 month, every bot char was paying for itself and also had free cash to fight on another world. I didnt had to put single coin from my own pocket anymore. Now my bot chars and their eq is worth in total like 1-2k euro ( botted retro hardcore pvp, can transfer anywhere or sell kills to people easily ) and im going to start bot again as soon as my world is again fully dominated by our guild

And if you need some help i can guide you through everything. Some people may say that 25$ for 1 month license is a lot ( you can bot 1 char at time) but hey, its all in the cloud, no need to have pc on)

Protip: There's no battleeye on linux, you can easily make bot there. I even have one, but only for packet recording
