New launch is hella solid- content is crazy and nice policy on items so its not p2w, awesome work really fun server!!
 
Decided to give it a go and made a character. As I'm getting through rook, I open the shop to see A LOT of p2w stuff in there.

Some of the items in the shop had a lvl requirement, but lvl gating some of the items there does little when you can still buy - infinite life or time ring, regen boots, phys% resistance item...
And I saw stuff in the shop that lets you skip content too - like an item that takes you to the Shadow Nexus part of INQ.

I mean, I can't comment on the custom content because this level of p2w is definitely not for me.

Edit: Adding a screenshot of some of the items in the shop that don't have a lvl requirement so you can get a better idea of what type of P2W exists and yes I understand these can be obtained for free as well by playing the game.

Just want to point out what you already said with some additions:
ALL items obtainable through questing or crafting and OP items LEVEL CAPPED.

The regen items without level cap in shop have low regen per second, better versions exist through POI and HOTA quest.

Options for the ones who want to play and dont have 8 hours a day to PG - must exist.
Especially when all donations are put into the betterment of the server and added modules and features.
Majority of items in shop like the rings and shield you are mentioning were requested by the community, and not by 1-2 individuals.
We simply listen to demands, many items have also been removed from shop.

Big successful servers such as Nostalrius also have the prismatic shield and zamonia boots equivalents for example - nost boots and nost shields.

It is nothing game-breaking in our opinion but I understand your opinion.

This new server has not reached the high player count it deserves yet - but there is a reason for us keeping the 40-50 players we have consistently, and not dying in 2 days like the other actual p2w servers.

This is the PERFECT example of ignorant retards that have omega tunnelvision and only see oldschool 7.4 servers like a full degen just to rush 25 year old content, pk for 1-2 weeks then quit until next "seasonal" launch.

If you actually Look at the server, you will notice that its not just the level cap- everything is obtainable and INCENTIVIZED to play the game, do the quests, try the dungeons and gather materials for crafting where all the better/best in slot items reside.
Nothing about this server is pay to win, if you have more than 2 braincells and 1 half of an eye.

Scarred by other servers and not giving stuff a chance before you even gather some intel is just a pathetic display of character.
Stick to ur permanently moneygrab servers that die every month :)

I absolutely love this server, GMs are super responsive and helpful and there's nothing but good vibes, if we ignore people like the above^

I'm trying to get the timeline of Zamonia releases based on this thread, can you help me out?
1st launch - 30NOV24
2nd launch - 31JAN25
3rd launch - 04JUL25

Honestly your whole post reads like you're projecting like crazy, because pretty much everything you say this server isn't - it is.

You call other severs seasonal money grabs, but this server is on its 3rd edition and its like 7 months old? Clearly this isn't a forever/no-reset server is it? What exactly do you think it is?

And how does the game INCENTIVIZE you to play when it offers you the ability to skip content for real money? When it offers players things like boosted BOH on rook, or an infinite life ring? What exactly do you think an incentive is? Do you just use words without understanding what they mean? What's the incentive?
