OtLand New staff members.

The staff recruitment board has finally been closed for this time. Unfortunately I have not had enough free time to leave comments in all the threads, but I didn't really base my decisions on what was written in the threads but more on contributions from the user, their activity in the section they applied for and their reputation (no, not reputation points) on the forum.

The new moderators are:

If you applied and weren't picked, and you still want to help us, all you can do is to keep contributing to the community and perhaps we will pick you next time.

Why should that matter. The moderator does not have to be well known in OtLand, he/she just needs to be active, fair and also have a good knowledge about the Section/Catergorie they're applying for.


However, I think they chose some pretty good mods but some I do not agree with.

Read what Talaturen said he said he didn't base it on reputation points but on personal reputation on the forum. If people call you a scammer/hacker and you have 10 rep bars, these rep bars don't prove you aren't one.
