It might be possible that you have a corrupt tables in your database. It could be one (or several) of the following tables that are corrupt:
  • houses
  • house_lists
  • map_store (if you're using binary mapStorageType)
  • tiles (if you're using relational mapStorageType)
  • tile_items (if you're using relational mapStorageType)
I would advise you to create a new database using the MySql sample provided, and see if there's any difference when using it. (bug tracing purposes)

The NPCs don't appear here. But there is no error in the terminal.
