Windows Xp do have a limit of speed, Vistas Limit are higher, if you got a good computer you will see this, if your computer sucks you will probably think I'm drunk...

Me no know why vista slow =(Add for idiots: are your computer lazy and can't handle vista properly because all options that is running, try to shut the tool bars down, you can shut down 80% of Cpu usage without ruin the computer, or playing styles...

You which runned Tibia + Firefox and already was at 1,5gb usage, your computer must sux hard!
Look at this, I don't have any lagg AT ALL!
Tibia doesn't lagg, and nother else, everything I open will do then less a 0.1 sec, I have been once at 3,6 Gb usage, still without laggs,
I use to run 8 tibia clients during war in some servers, and even sometimes 10+ clients...
often I have steam open, Ofc always Neradio music in Windows media player, and Msn is running pretty often aswell...
Just look at my tool bar......
and if your computer lagg with only a firefox and ONE tibia client running, Oh gosh <.<

Well depends on what stats your Computer got (A) and Vista is better in my opinion i mean there are many features and if you got nice stats with it its perfect.. i mean Xp is good tho but u rly need good stats to beat Vista with Xp :<

I had Xp on this computer, but changed to Vista because Xp had limited of speed, this computer are faster then Xp allow you to use....
My Vista run 40-50% faster on my computer then XP..
Or do you as everyone else, have a computer with god stats, but really bad connections between all items inside?
Things that can change speed of computer (OS is not involved in this)
*All Hard-Wares in the computer may be from different creators
*A Hardware is damaged
*Mother card don't support one Hard-ware, which will end at everything slow up.
Virus can drain the speed too by change settings on the processor systems..
Once again, if there was unlimited Status on a computer, Vista would OWN Xp in speed, but as many people, they have tested Vista with 1 Gb (maybe you too?) and that results bad, 1 Gb is not enough for Vista to run.. there for Xp seems faster...

Microsoft Windows Vista is the biggest mistake Microsoft has ever made, it is almost, and i mean almost incompatible with EVERY software. only few softwar is available for it.
The new windows 7 should make up for all of that. Which all it is, is just a better Windows Vista, and should have Windows XP compatibilities.
And excuse me when I say, speed depends on you 1. Memory, 2. Processor, and 3.. well how old your pc is. and Windows Vista, well I don't like how it has to use up 50% more memory than xp, Windows XP uses about 512MB of ram to run, Windows Vista however needs about 1 - 1.5GB just to run, that's a BIG Difference!
Oh! and lets ot get started on that whole USER ACCOUNT CONTROL, even tho you CAN disable it, it still bugs the shi* out of you to turn it back on. and when you want to install something, you have to give it a minute just to start the process, windows xp however, when u want to install something and u click it, it pops up right then.
The ONLY reason Vista runs faster is because u have to use up so MUCH memory to make it do that.
I'm sure if you give XP about 1gb of ram, a 2.5Ghz Processor it will run like vista. Trust me I know.
Me, I have 4GB of Memory(RAM), 500GB HDD Space, 1GB Video Mem, 3Ghz Processor. Windows XP SP3 HE.
You'll be suprised what u can do with those specs.

as normal all flamers against me here, your computer MUST sux ass and you don't read fully before you start to flame against something you haven't been able to try your self..
