If you dont know what you need to open the company, or what you need to do photography correctly, to standard, and with ease, to the point where you're asking a bunch of (mostly kids) on a MMO forum about those things, your company is going to fail, 99% chance.

Sorry but, with 5k USD, u don't have to get a shit of the need equipament. You need a good PC to import / edit the picture, with an specific software. A special background for the photos, and a local to place it. Also you'll need some picture editors ( real people who edit photos ). Also you'll need advertise etc. This would take over 9000 usd ( over 9000 means that would cost u alot of Dollars ).
