Funserver [RealMap] 8.5

I am about to start a realmap with very unserious stages, tps and a real map.
So tell me your opinion.. Info:

Experience: Stages, see down
Magic: 10
Skills: 100
Loot: 2
Spawn: 1

Map: Real Tibia Map, with teleports at thais boat, not all tps are there, but all the necessary ones.

Stages:
8-20 2000x
20-40 1500x
40-60 1000x
60-80 500x
80-100 300x
100-120 250x
120-140 200x
140-160 150x
160-180 50x
180-200 30x
200-250 15x
250+ 5x

No level for weapons!
Wands do more dmg, for example Wand of Starstorm/Underworld Rod do 120-160 dmg to monsters!
Paladins assassin stars have 80 in attack!
( Remember, if anything seems to be overpowered, we will change it )
