Greetings,

I'd just like to know if the items lost during the crash is refundable?

I transfered some items from my druid to my paladin, but never thought of relogging after recieving the items.

Items lost were donations boots, 500cc and almost 2 bps of life crystals (36 crystals).

This is probably just small business to a lot of you, but it means a lot to me!

I dont know what's going on but before I logout I putted my donation boots and yalahari mask into the house to decorate and when I log in today they DISAPPEAR! but the items that I putted before are still in the house.

Too bad, sucks losing donation boots.

But Im afraid there's probably nothing that can verify that you actually had and lost them because of the crash. Because of this, refunding is out of the question.
