NPC That enchants all 8.1 weapons for you, 1 npc each element or all-in-one.

Ok for some reason when I Dl this. I only get 5 NPC's and none of em are on the map. Im not sure it its supposed to be like this, but im missing all the important 1's, like the Oracle NPC and, well, like I said I only have 5. Also everytime I try to do a spell it says that I have to learn it...- BioShock
