Bintzer are you using a program like skype? Because Ive had the same problem and I finally discovered that it just was that skype was blocking the ports ..

I have portforwarded it but the external ip is still the same, so I guess that when somebody trys to connect it doesnt know if that persons computer is going to connect to my comp or my brothers.. :S

@Jonern Thats not the problem, I know how to portforward. The problem is that the both external IP are the same (mine and my brothers). For example; my external external IP is : 80.217.56.234 ; my brothers external IP is : 80.217.56.234 You see what I mean ? Thanks for trying to help...
