Putting the server down until the release is the best decision. Tibia betas usually end up pretty bad, which time have proven time and time again. Open beta should be used to test the server and fix bugs etc. But that usually isn't the case. People tend to play like it's the official release...

It seems like you think it cant get any better then what it currently is, but from my experience and i've played on plenty of USA servers that had much better ping then this currently have, even before to leatrix fix. And it's a issue that Xagul and Synth should look into.

I come from Sweden aswell and know a few from here. All have issues with lagg (Yes all use the Leatrix). It's impossible to move accurate with the arrows, and that is pretty much the only issue, movement. I never do events cause it's impossible and it's a pain in the ass trying to pk or running...

Have/will the spells be balanced since the beta? Also compared to last era, have you made any major changes to the xp given from monsters?

I hope you didn't take my post as an attack, i just wanted to mention it so you actually prioritized EU, since the other guy said the ping was "okey". I'm averaging 140 ms so it's decent (I live in Sweden), i guess we have to wait and see how it actually works out.

Yes im sure they will get a few European fans to play even with okey ping. But i doubt the majority will play with a delay. I'm just pointing this out so Jake and Shawn will give it a second thought before the server go live in case the ping now actually isn't that good. It's very infuriating...

"Okey" is a extremely loose answer. Too me it sounds like the ping actually isnt that good, hence using "okey". The ping shouldn't be okey it should be good on both side, that is if he wants players from Europe. From my experience server hosted in the US rarely give a good ping in Europe but to...
