Use some SVN client (like Tortoise SVN), get the code using the instructions of the Source Code Page, update the project references and compile then.

Looks like you are using the old version. Download the new version, and it should work. Btw all configuration is ok. []'s

Maybe you are writing your account or password incorrectly. I fix the "Could not login" error, and was tested with this server in more than one computer. Its working perfectly. []'s
