Also consider, when server is in beta stage there is not much players, so it easier to exp when most of spots its free, don't be like "ohh he got 200 lvl in one day" when there is more players on server it getting harder to find spots. also players dosen't really like servers where starting...

well space its nothing you need to care about, my world of warcraft server run with 2k players online, 20k accounts(everything was in database, player items, spells, quests progress, dungeons, achivements etc... etc...) and it didint use more then 8GB of space. so i don't think tibia use more of...

Clear code + linux will always save you same ram, 3k accounts 5k characters mean nothing ram usage depend on how much of them will be logged in game.

show your config.lua part with network or connection. and btw you sure turned off firewall or add exception to it ?

did you try to change something in source code and try to compile it ? better use tfs 1.0 insted.
