In that post reply #76, the link is actually still working. But the server emulator is too old, less feature and very unstable. This old server is written in C#, while there's a newer version of the server written in Java, but is hard to be found. I can share this old server files and tutorial...

I'm 5 years late, but can't resist to ask question. TibiaME OTS ? What are you saying ? J2ME Client with OTServer ? Android Client ? It's not TibiaME (Micro Edition) if it's playable on PC only.
