    Danger 2 you can also put constant skill rate x7 and magic x6 but 2h before server save and 2 h after server save add 1 multiplier. And for this 4 hours there would be bonus to skill and mlvl. The early bird gets the worm. It solves a problem of low population on early hours.

    With stages proposed by you Tampik: You need to kill 100 dragons to advance from lvl 30 to lvl 70. To advance from level 70 to 100 with those rates you suggested you need to kill 125 dragon lords. I know you just like me want this server to be enjoyable but with this exp you will have 120 levels...

    Not trying to give you any advices but in my opinion 3 frags to RS and next 3 to ban is little harsh. Raise it to 4 + 4 Also you could consider changing exp stage to something like this: 1 to 8 x27 9 to 30 x24 31 to 50 x21 51 to 70 x18 71 to 90 x15 91 to 100...
