    If you ping the port, does it show as open? I use ping.eu when i'm lazy, to check if said port is reporting open: Online Ping, Traceroute, DNS lookup, WHOIS, Port check, Reverse lookup, Proxy checker, Bandwidth meter, Network calculator, Network mask calculator, Country by IP, Unit converter...
