It has come to my attention that a lot of players are being hacked, and most of them contacts the gamemasters for different kind of support purposes. However, there are a few steps that you should go through before you may contact a gamemaster. Let me simply go through the process in a few steps.
First of all, if you did any kind of account trading or sharing with someone as these actions are not supported by the ShadowCores support team. (http://otland.net/f492/no-account-t...ount-owner-can-always-recover-account-168988/) However if you did not attempt to trade your account or did not share your account with an untrusted player, keep reading!
Okay, so if you have been hacked on your ShadowCores account or just simply want to recover it we have two option, where one of them is instant and the other one takes up to 24 hours. The first one is very simple and it is just the same as all the other account-binding services online. We use the "Forgot password?"-function that we find in the "login" tab on the official website Home - ShadowCores.
Once you pressed the "Forgot password?" link, you will be redirected to a website (Recover your account - ShadowCores) where you have to enter some valid information about your account. It's all very simple and you will for sure understand where and what to fill in.
If you do not have access to your e-mail or have multiple of e-mail adresses (and don't know what e-mail that is the right one) things will be a bit more complicated, obviously. However it is not impossible to recover your account. It just takes a lot more time. Well, if you don't know WHAT e-mail adress it is, send an e-mail to [email protected].
Here below I've made an example of how an E-mail should be written.
You will receive a respond within 24 hours by the support team with information wheter you are going to be supported to recover your account. If you somehow do not get an e-mail within 24 hours, feel free to create a thread on the official forums just as a reminder to the support team: ShadowCores Forum. Please note that suspicious requests of the e-mail adress will be ignored to prevent people to lure the customer support in order to hack someone. Please be as clear as possible, for an example you could include your IP-adress or any other proof that you are the actual owner.
