What role? its useless its only time wasting and totally no fun its already annoying to farm up all the ingredients

Ill suggest to work a lot on Ascalon, testing all the new features and trying to find the most bugs as possible. This way there wont be resets or delays during the release, try to add the most content as possible and add mostly new stuff because we already know most of content 400+, most of the followers of Ascalon are old generation and we would love to have features to explore.

We've added a new zone for high levels (in addition to Torvora)

Would be great if you have screens of what you working on and what has been done already.

I think that options are something that is realy important to a RPG game... You could add some stuff for get variety to players. Ascalon already have some of this, with the attack %, defense % and healing %, but u could add more things like that. When u get a new spell, u could need to choose between 2 or maybe each mount have diferent bonus when using it besides the bonus from getting X mounts. Same with the outfit... This is just an idea...

As others have also stated, we would like to see some of the work you have been putting into Ascalon.
Nobody wants to relive the 'Blazed Druid' incident.

Hello and sorry for the hugh delay :/

The process of development takes time.
We are doing our best to bring back Ascalon,
We dont want to start the server and close it (again)
I'm very sorry that it seems, to some of you, that im Lava Titan or that we are alike
and I'm sorry that there are no pictures, videos and stories to show
BUT

As I mentioned on the first post,
The thread is here only to gather ideas to improve Ascalon.


Soon, after we will decide if to make a closed beta or not
we will make an advertise thread with all the details needed.

@Gaal How are we supposed to give you ideas if we don't have any idea what content you already have? Pictures and videos are essential for boosting community interest and generate ideas.

Everything has an end in life so I don't get what your point is right now

So basically, there are no screenshots because no new mapping has been done. And you cant tell us about new scripts, because so far only existing scripts have been edited.

This is not criticism, just want to clear the air on what stage the development is in.

Based on the lack of viewing material and the huge lack of responses, I'd say this project is dead at the best, and a cash grab at the worst.

Lets clear things up..
Like I said before this topic is just for gathering ideas.
It doesnt mean we need to show anything :-/

We are not doing that for money so you can erase that thought
If someone has no patience to wait for Ascalon, its ok.

Well Ima hit Fare up on skype. I personally don't even believe your working on the server at all lmao. I don't see why if you were actually working and adding stuff you would refuse to show any type of screenshots. If I'm wrong goodluck hope it gets some new life without getting ruined
