What makes elfbot so good?

Lot of people miss that bot. I read a lot of times, that elfbot could do a lot more stuff and was better. I started playing tibia since 10.5 and never used a elfbot. What make it better from orthers?
 
Pretty much nothing except that you can get it for free.
Alot of ppl say xenobot is better, you can get that cracked aswell - but its harder to find.
 
The fact that you can do virtually anything with it in 2 seconds. The scripting system is simple as hell so all the kids running around that are too lazy to learn LUA have an easy time.

I personally hate the bot. Makes everything way too easy, it basically plays for you.

Agree with the rest. Nothing about it was "so good." It just happened to be the "best" available bot at the time, and then nicer bots came out around 9.x.

Bruh. Elfbot is hard. I mean, you ever try to make a fish script? It's either auto 200 fish or auto 1000 fish. Pretty intense stuff.

It's because it's simple poorly designed bot and have got options like combo bot. And... because it's best bot for 8.6

It has to do with everyone having scripts for it & not having to pay a monthly fee- other than that, nothing... Oh wait, Icons, Icons are awesome.

It had a poor interface & the god damn thing was awkward as shit to use.
 
I never had any issues writing code for it, sure initially like anything new it was a bit intimidating but messing around with it & a little research i was able to build almost any kind of script.
What works for some may not work for others tho.
 
  • You could easily get it for free
  • Famous bot for 8.6 clients (much servers used / still use that client)
  • Nice and clean interface
  • Just very easy to use, you could basically be up and running in 10s, all scripts available anytime (& hotkeys also easy to make)
