[Gesior ACC] Bug Tracker v2

hey when i add it to my website it say: Invalid subtopic. Can't load page.
and i have link here:Syphero High - OTS
and i added this in layout.php:

i am using gesior 2012 0.4 rev and when i click on any bug from admin panel nothing appear any suggestions?
