[8.x] Tibia World RPG is coming back - What Cipsoft should do

I hope this ot uses Tibia normal client, since all ot servers used otclient failed, almost all people have problems with ot client.

Tibianus didn't, their server failed, due to not testing client features and bad administration.

I'm pretty sure we can make really nice things with OTClient, we just need time and effort (which I'm willing to give, if it's going to make OtLand people happy to have a decent Oldschool OTS).

just include with otclient all dlls, and make sure it ill work with all most used operation system.
because me and some friend had problems to make it work property.

Don't worry about that. As I've probably mentioned before, I'm a Unix user (I have windows on a VM...) and I love to have things working on heterogen systems.

I personally hate the OTClient, I was beta testing Necronia a few days ago, and it was just bothering me with all those buttons and the bugged creature interface that moves arround when you open the corpses.

I wouldnt mind a vanilla 7.72 client, even if it has no anti bot when it launches, because its a low exp server and I dont think everyone will benefit from it, cavebotting and such can be countered by any GM going arround and talking to the players hunting, anyways, a well done OTClient "client" could do, just by removing the item hotkeys

At the moment, the client that we gonna use, it's the official Tibia client, but we are working on OTClient too ...

Well, then you should try medivaia otclient.. This one works really good. Just saying.

@Iryont modified alot the OTClient, it's so far, the best version of OTClient, he's a monster hehehe

I've been helping around with "actions" that should be working when the server comes online for first, like every goddamn Switch and Pickhole, it doesn't matter how important it is, should be working, also other things like Kazordoon's Elevator, which is pretty awesome for Oldschool PVP.

This OT is not about money, it's not about getting rich or making people pay to play.

These were and are the reasons I joined Nottinghster, otherwise I'm not to have.

And hey, just be patient, almost every good thing takes time to be done, and if it's done right, you're going to love it, not only you, but most of the players.

You're right as far as I know, he isnt doing this for money, he just loves what he's doing, he likes the game and he wants this to be flawless before he throws in some of his own money to pay for a dedicated server.
