First: Either put some details near shore or replace it with sand. It looks off.
Second: Stone floor lacks details. Or maybe make this "mountain corridor" smaller.
Third: Meh... Just delete it. It looks like shit.

First: I do feel like he misses something near the shore.
Second: I don't think it lacks anything, it feels very well balanced. Not every 3x3 tiles need an insane amount of details.

At first sight, I thought it looked like a mess; too much things randomly put everywhere. But the more I looked at it though, the more everything started to blend in.
I can imagine the city being extremely huge and full with citizens wandering around, running their daily errands and foreigners being completely lost.

I like it and I'd love to see a very big city created with this concept. Good job!
