Function "increaseItemId" does not exist (OTX 3.9)
Solution
You are using an actions.xml file which is incompatible with the server you are using. An action using function="decreaseItemId" which doesn't exist in your server, hence the warning. Use a correct version which is suitable for your server (including scripts, to replace that missing functionality).
