Where do I change the minimum level to post in forum in gesior acc manager? I tried changing in config.php but its not working.

I think that its not in config.lua
In forum.php search for something like this:

$level_limit = 30;

30 = level for post on forum, you can change it.

Just give me all your config.lua and there will be the error
