C++ Can't open countertop, Magic-rope "exani tera" dont work, can't set !buyhouse prize etc.

HI guys,

i have little problems with those things

1. I cant open countertop in houses,
2. Magic rope spell "exani tera" dont work (im using tfs master spells folder)
3. Can't set price for houses using !buyhouse command
4. Can't find script leveltobuyhouse -_-

im using tfs 1,3

Please help :)
