OpenTibia Tibia 11 IP Changer

Hey, Im getting into my character list but when i try to login it just says cannot connect to the game server Error Host not found

Does anyone have a solution for this ?

bump same issue here anyone have solution?

Its just saying connection refused.
Does anyone know how to fix that?

I have the same problem, it loads the character list but when I try to log in it says "connection refused"

@kozmo @asdasd11 Did you two ever find a solution? Im running into this problem

Same here

The ip changer only affects the connection between the login service and the client, it has no affect on the connection between the game server and the client (except for the RSA key, but that's not your problem). Your issues stem from the data you're getting from your login service. This is why you're seeing your character list, but are unable to log in. You need to update the login data to match what the client is expecting.

@Jo3Bingham yea, actually, I gathered as much today, and was working on that today, but I was having trouble determining what the client is expecting. I was using Charles Proxy to monitor the calls, but due to SSL certs, the proxy was preventing the calls from making it though, therefore I couldn't see what the client was expecting.

How do you monitor these SSL calls to determine what the client is expecting? I only know how to use Charles to do so. Do you have another way that allows you to monitor your SSL/HTTPS calls?

@vakacjus you can just ignore the BattlEye warning. I’m assuming you get a character list? If so, then the IP changer is working correctly. The issue is that your login service isn’t returning the correct information for the client to connect to your game server. As far as I know, none of the public AACs that support Tibia 11 actually support anything past 11.49.

Gesior from brazilian forum works. Just some depth searching.

Yeah, but the last thing I’m going to do is recommend an unofficial modification of a known AAC.

Actually, @Znote, I’m going to open a PR on your repo. @Gesior.pl, whatever other AAC devs there are, feel free to implement it if you’d like.

Sorry for my ignorance, does anyone here knows how to install, build and run it on Ubuntu 20.04? And does it works on Tibia client version 1098? A step-by-step would be in great hand...
