Some users are using OTClient Board to ask for support or requests, this is bothering me because it is not supposed to be a request Board, people want help but don't contribute back even if they found a solution for the problem. I want to know the moderation position on this.

OTClient

Well I can only speak for myself, if I see or get a report for a support thread in OTC I move to to support and send them a notification about it.
But it can be hard for us to check every thread and post 24/7.

If you feel that a thread should be checked by a moderator please use the report function and inform us what the problem is, when you do that the moderators will get a notification about it.

@WibbenZ Can't we vote for either a sub-section under Support or OTClient regarding OTClient support + an entry on the Rules for support? It'd look way cleaner.

Pretty much like this:

Little off-topic but I would vote to create new sub-sections in requests and support board for "< 0.4" and "1.x >" tfs versions.

Well IMO we should keep OTClient support in the OTClient board, but I don't mind adding a sub board for that.

Same thing here, that would be good to add to make it more "clean"

It didn't help at all, OTClient board is flooded by support and requests now =\
Please someone at least take a look.
