Looks you haven't forwarded correctly. Is your webserver reachable from a local machine?

i got that

Reason: Connection timed out

Your ports are not being forwarded somewhere inside of your network.
Make an exception rule for your server application in your windows firewall and forward your ports in your router correctly.
