Hello OT nerds

Let me present y’all the 7.4 server that You didn’t play before. How so, You might ask, we fucki*g played thousand of these, and they got boring.

No You didn’t

I believe 7.4 was a good fundament that CiP abandoned, and went towards different direction. The system of 7.4 was never fully developed. It’s classic 7.4, but not without improvements.

It’s not custom content, it’s mechanics.

We implemented small changes to druid vocation, boosting his supporting, mainly healing, spells, putting them well into the whole healing system of the game. Druid is now viable not only as a uh maker, it’s valuable vocation, equal to all the others.

We improves on Club’s system, highlighting the cheaper, easier to obtain, but worse in stats compared to Axe or Sword option. We don’t want all the weapon class to be equal, it’s dull and stupid. Clubs will be a choice of pk’s thieves and vagabonds. If you plan to fully develop Your EK and get max out of him, You should go with swords or axes. Everything has it’s purpose.

There are more, small changes like that, but You will be able to learn about them later on. I believe You can trust us on these. We have a certain direction where we want to take the game, how to improve on the great base that 7.4 was.

But that’s not the main difference between Us and all the hundreds of other 7.4 servers. It’s staff. We have clear rules that will apply to everyone, be it You’re my rl neighbor, my mother I love, or some guy from a place of the world I never cared for – we will treat You equally. I believe most of these OTS fall on their face mainly for this reason – staff is a bunch of incompetent imbeciles that can’t handle their work properly, with professionalism and transparency. Expect that from us.

It’s a long term project. Main goal is to establish low-rate, hard but satisfying, stable, looooong standing server, with fully developed systems of 7.4.

We are starting with semi h-rate server. We want people to come, have fun, and show them how we deal with the community, the rules etc. So You, as a players, know if it’s worth to invest Your time into a low rate server. But it doesn’t mean the semi h-rate will shut down, absolutely not. We will keep both of them at the same time as long as even a small bunch of players will keep playing it.

The server will be a great show off of our social and managing skills that, I believe, is very important for player base to see. All the behind the scenes mess, all the greediness, all the corruption and dirtiness You could witness on other 7.4 servers – You can expect they won’t happen here.

Monarchia starts in 6 days from now,25th September 2018.

Currently, there are no tasks. We want to implement them after a while but not in a way You can know from other servers. They won’t be the way to exp.​

As to low rate server
We will launch it as soon as we are ready, shouldn’t be too long but I don’t want to post any dates yet. We have some things to tweak and adjust, small fixes, some balancing to do etc. And in case that the h-rate will expose some mistakes we did miss during the tests, it gives us the chance to fix them before the low rate launch.​


I will answer all the questions, no bullshitery.

good server , i will be there.. maybe 2-3-4 March better then 25 Feb. people focused other pvp server for now (8.0)
 
1. Make soul system for blocking rune farms boters.

2.Add pvp enforced.

3.Make more good loot rate x5-6 for people have money for many fights.

4. Add runes in shop then people no must make 2-3 vocations to play for have sd, mw , uhs , fire bombs etc.

5.Pacc should be free, people do not like paid premium.

Paid premium causes imbalances between richer players, over others.

The best option is outfits in the sms store and scroll showing the loot of the monsters for 3 or 7 days.

All of these options sowed the best server for years: Waropolis and it was the reason why it was the best and people willingly wanted to play it.

Without these options, the server has no chance of success and you can not open it, because it is not suitable for anything.

These 2 things in the store will make that the server will keep earning on each other, and all players will be happy and played on equal terms.

As it was in the case of Waropolis.

are u retarded? sorry tampik but i had to do this u could miss those lines... they launch monarchia "h-rates" to test server before starting with serious low rate project why they should turn it into orshaabal 7.4 ots then?
 

1. We believe We can fight with the botting problem with better solutions that will hurt regular players less than the soul point system.

2. It's cool, but not for the server we want to create. pvp-e encourages to play mostly hard-pvp oriented players, and while We want to have them here aswell, We want to create more balanced server, inbetween 'war' and 'rpg'. Pvp-e won't fit us.

3. It might be okay for purely war oriented server, altough I'd debate that, but again, it's not what we want to create with our project.

4. That's wrong thinking, but I won't get into this debate. You don't need that many mc's to fully enjoy the game, it's a stupid misconception.

5. There will be premium days given free to new accounts, but what I believe, people like high quality product more than they dislike paying few euro to play the game. And we want to deliver it. Quality staff that will try to provide best playground for people to enjoy and have fun.

Overall I see Your points, some are wrong, some I can understand, but not for our server. You are describing some war-oriented very high rate server, and it's not our goal. I don't believe You need these things in order to have a succesful, long standing server.

I do not say must bee high exp rate server, only good loot rate to war.

Orhaball server = typical high rate with big loot rate.

Nowadays you can not create a server without multiclient, if you do not enter the soul of the system as in
newer versions.

Players will always cheat, players can not be blocked, change their ip and nothing can be done to them.

Such servers I call shits made for money and artificial playability.

People of war will not play low rate servers with a small loot rate and without pvp enforced.

None does not like to spend hours on an unknown server without the possibility of exp on people with slow exp and sux loot rate.

This server does not offer anything interesting to the player.

It is similar to medivia , almost non-pvp with premium premium, only there is no chance to compete with it, because it will not break the long-term advertising and reputation of that server and its long-term character, which is achieved thanks to legal bot farms that are unpunished.

I keep track of ots servers for many years dan know what i say.

I have never made a mistake yet, I always know in advance if something is good and it always turns out that i was right.

Such a system was used on Waropolis.

Many years i no played better server on an equal basis without rune farm with no pay to win system.
 
Mreg multiplayer combined with the mlvl rate favours magic-oriented vocations more than knights. Compare the "6x mlvl" to 4x skills.

Yeah, add the runes to the shop. There should not be many runefarms. Every 'oldskool' server has the issue with the artificial player number and its annoying as fuck as instead of having 100 players on 100 unique characters, there are like 20-30active players in-game which makes the game dull.

Is the premium status the only option in the SHOP? Do the players have to do the postman/djinn quests, etc? What about POI, the quest?

Most of the wannabe7.4 or any other kind playable servers have issue with the armor formulae as well as spells. Is it fixed here?

I can tell this is gonna be a beta/earlystage/younameit and probably there's gonna be a reset once you've got the crucial bugs covered. Why not give the players the opportunity of looting more than x2? You can change it back once the server's stable but for now it is not required to be like that.

What about spells? Imho players should not have to buy them, at least at this phase.
 
This server is made by people which know formulas/balance of 7.4 their aim is to have stable long term server

btw mcs and boosted loot rate is made for ue servers real 7.4 was about tactic and 40-70lvl fights

so many h-rates not balanced orsh 7.4 servers why not make stable one which could be better than medivia without custom graphic changes and op tasks/farms?
 

Thanks for the questions. About the magic lvl, we are still debating, and it will be propably a bit lower.

We wanted to add postman/djinn for this semi-h-rate server, but abandoned the idea, for the same reason as the spells I mentioned at the end of this post. All thats left from POI are the DL's spawn, there won't be POI, we will implenment something else, but not from the beginning.

Armor formula is big, different issue. I think the system is flawed, there isn't enough fo a different from wearing a p-set to crown set and so on. It needs a ground rework, it needs to be thought out rly carefully and well. We are working on it and it will be implemented within the launch of Low rate, as we don't feel the rush to do it for h-rate since it doesn't affect h-rate as much as it does on low rate.

We don't plan/want to reset server, even after launch of low-rate.

You gotta buy the spells. While I see the point, some of proposals of this kind won't be implemented, like this one. Want spells, get the cash. I think this aspect plays important role in the game play, and giving it out kinda ruins some part of the 'fun'. We don't treat it as beta phase, so we don't want to give it all out, or else we might aswell just prepare 100 lvl 70mlvl mages that are fully equipped and ready to roll - and while we recognize war as very vital ascept of the game, it's not the only one. Gotta develop the character, including something seemingly dull like buying the spells.

We hope to deliver that during low-rate, it rly will be low, i think this version, that we will polish as best as we can, shines best at mid-lvl range, up to max 120~ lvl. Rush to 'end lvls' to make 'high lvl war' is not needed, and overrated.
 
We are about to start in 2 days! We know there is not much noise around the server here on otland, but We feel confident that people from other 'sources' keep a high interest in it. We hope You will give us a try and won't leave dissapointed. We'll try our best to provide as comfortable and fair gameplay as possible.

It might seem so. It's not the only place we tried to spread the word about the server, so porpably "a bit" more people will join than how it feels from this topic :) ! Ammount of the player won't change a thing tho, we will follow our plan be it 10 people on the server or a thousand. It's a long term project, and we believe in the final thing we want to develop.
 
Sorry men, but it's not playable... it's just annoying to play. Shit balance! Your monsters are not running 100% smooth, so annoying. Also this client.. just don't do it man it's also so annoying with this graph. DMG still not okaj after 2.5 hours after launch. My knight hit not more then 13 on a troll :`) with skills 43. seriouse mate. Also your economy and balance is just F*UPP took me 2 hours to get enough money to buy my first spell! Clap clap clap! Died on lvl 8 went back to rook with voc Knight. After it's 'fixed' druid died went back to venore, when my town is thais. man man man get ur shit done, before posting it online. I never can keep up mages now with my knight, I can't kill anything! and your "community manager" says: "No issues when we tested it" HAHA comon! I made OT's myself, it's not changing somehow! Long story short, don't facking waste time with this kind of OT's. Seriouse man! TEST IT!!!! YOU could knew a RAT should not supose to hit 6/7 on a lvl 1 with starter EQ. Cost u 3 sec from ur TESTING TIME. What did u test? How did u test? I think u didn't test at all, cya never coming back
