What? Vpn or vps? What do you mean about buggy?

guessing vps is for servers? and there just doing the same as my own internet, I cant open the ports nor nothing

Please make an effort and try to explain better what is happenning to you :/ I really dont know what you are asking for :S

basically, I have tried to open ports to allow players connect to my server, but for some reason my ports are staying closed, so I thought the only other way would be a VPN / VPS im seeing who knows the best / cheapest one to allow me to run a server on

AWS Amazon provides 1 year for free. But it is not an ideal server to support a server for players, you really need to invest the value to have a quality server to support multiplayer at the same time. If you just want to test, try Amazon AWS and/or a few others you can find on google.com

Coz some providers cannot let open some ports.

If you're looking for a cheap VPS take a look at Cloud computing and dedicated servers - OVH I've been using their service for quite some time now and it has not given me any problems.
