Just take it it from a source that have that code and implement it on your source don't forget to declare\define it too

example copy the code from a tfs 10.x there you'll find that code

Which file?

just open the latest tfs or some tfs 10.x + with a compiler maybe msvc 2015-2017 and try to find the word "yellow" using the option search in entire solution(prewss ctrl+F and change curruent document to the option thati've menthioned to you) and the compiler will show you all lines that have the word yellow and it's code, this is how i find codes where i don't know where they are
