Starting My Own Client

Hello,
I am interested in creating a server. I am not sure how to do it but I know what I want to do, I am aiming for a 10.00 client and I don’t want to have people use the ip changer. Is there a way so that people who play the server are able to download it without having to download OTland ipchanger and just have the ip ready to go in the client itself, please help !

This @Gesior.pl 's tutorial works like a charm if you just want to add custom IP to client

Ok so now i know how to creat the client with my own ip, Now whats the next step? How do i edit my server and put it online ?

Yeah it is same, you just need to have A server for client 10.00 with TFS/source same client and then everything is almost the same.

I can’t even open tibia.exe in notepad+ +

That's what Tibia looks like when you open using Notepad++, you should just use CTRL+F and then fine

and continue exactly as the tutorial steps says or try using this video tutorial instead.
