Hey guys & ladies!

I am a software engineer! so don't be hash but say the truth please. Any constructive feedback appreciated!
In this post I will present my progress so you can follow and see how does it change over time. :)
I am doing it for my personal use in my own game. However, when sprite (atlas, with animations and hit map) it's completed I am keen to share.
I do not see anything which would prevent it from being added to Github as par of open sprites if you would like it to :).
Iterations will be present horizontally :)

PS: Once I am done with Server and Client it will be fully open source as well. :) Open source rules!

Just started with my sprinting so let see! Here's my 1st!

To be honest this sprite is ass, looks like a demon after exorcism with fucked up body

1- You could align the shoulders, eyes, hands, and other features. In perspective, things that are horizontally aligned appear to have the same height. It don't need to be perfect always but needs to make sense.
2- The fold of the arm in the chest (red circle): the chest can take more space forward. From this perspective we have less vision on the left side.
3- The alignment of the foot and body is different, it isn't exactly 45 degrees because it is falling backward. Usually the last pixel of the foot is aligned with the pixel on the right side of the eye, with few variations to this rule.

It may look complex on start but it will be very easy after you master it, don't worry

I would try to help, but I wouldn't do it any better as Leshrot did. Wish you good luck!

All right! Thank you for your feedback did spent some time on "implementing" those tips. Not sure if that's exactly what you had in your mind. Take a look :)
Any others tips?

Aint gonna lie, it isnt the prettiest thing I saw but the progress is visible, you actually did almost everything, the middle of head should be aligned with 45 degree line but except for that I have one small tip for you and that is working on smaller sizes, because when you do sprite that big in the beginning its very hard to control its shape and do a correct perspective :) So do something smaller, stick to 32x32px size :)
