True spawn rates Tibia 7.21-7.6 ?

This is a broad question:


Does anyone know the general spawn rates of Tibia at the time of version 7.21-7.6?
I understand that some spawns we're longer than others; however perhaps a general or someone even knows or has access to data that does?

eg. rats in rook

heroes in 3x

dwarves/rots in kaz mines

1 min? 2 min? 5 min?

At this point I'll be doing everything from memory/judgement. So anything would help.

keeping in config.lua rate 1 you are already using the value based on the cip
