Lua Script Error [Action Interface]

so im following this tutorial here and im getting the error shown in the screenshot attached and i cant figger out how to fix it could anybody help me please?

I can't see anything wrong with the script.
Do you have the upgrade_system_const.lua file in your servers data folder?
Do you run the same TFS version as the script was written for?

yes, im thinking its maybe because i dont have the isItem function but idk where to add it if that is the reason
