and make a another one with more Atk and attack speed?

did i need change the ID item or not?

But then its technically not the same.

To use the same ID and Sprite for one item you can use LUA. lets say that you get this sword from a chest right and then you change the attributes on it Before it is given to the player. You cant summon the item by a gm, but why would that be needed?
