TFS 1.X+ How to download compiled TFS1.3, 10.98?

Hello dear OT Landers, I hope to somebody can help me, by telling me where can i download tfs 1.3 10.98 compiled version?

I already tried to compile many SRC.
I have installed VS15 Enterprise, VS15 Community, VS17 Enterprise, VS17 Community, and always VS mark a problem, V141, and windows sdk10.17.xxxx and I never can compile it

A proper title would be: [TFS 1.3] How to download TFS 1.3?

1. You can clone the whole repository here (Read about git clone)

2. You can obtain a .zip, uncompress it and then compile [There are plenty of tutorials on how to compile TFS]

Keep in mind, TFS 1.3 is still in development, I suggest downloading a stable TFS from releases (can also be found in github)
