I can login with latest otclient edubart/otclient (https://github.com/edubart/otclient) but i can't with tibia 7.70 + ip changer or edited servers in tibia.exe 7.70 How to edit ip server from tibia client 7.7 (https://otland.net/threads/how-to-edit-ip-server-from-tibia-client-7-7.261442/)

In the official client i have a login error: "Cannot connect to a login server. Error: Connection refused."

Have you tried 7.72?
Im using the nostalrius distro and using original 7.72 client without any issues at all
