Can somebody check if bulawow user isnt blocked or anything cause whenever i try to perform action on the repo it says i cannot perform this action at this time ?

Are you trying to push changes directly onto the tfs repo or what's the matter?

i cant even reply to anybody inside issues
also cant even star the repo idk whats going on

yes i have created new account and i already can see that i can reply inside issues so im guessing it is working
on that new acc

on the old i still cant

We do not block anyone from the TFS repository but it could be github's automated flood/bot protection catching you.
I'd suggest contacting Github staff, maybe they can help.
