It's true what you say about the rune makers but that's not a reason of non activity. There's a current war between 2 teams and it's about a war of 60 players. Just to count equal let's say it's 30 vs 30 but it's not in reality. But that's not the point.
One of the teams (losing side) is not exping at all and not giving fights either. And their only tactic for now is trying to make sneaks. And most of them are not successful meanwhile the other team is exping every day but not the full squad. And it's understandable because this war it's not like hrate servers. You said you play since 7.0 so you understand here it's about activity and exp that means the dominando team is exping mostly demons, demona and behes (best spawns) since poh, vdl of its really easy to sneak even with 30 chars lvl 10 with ml 20 to sd.
Explaining that I guess you understand why you don't see a lot of hlvls online. First because the losing team has no activity or are logg to be ready for a sneak and the winning side because while 2 are exping others have to take care defending the entrance with noobs.
The server it's been alive for 2 years and it never died before. The conflict and wars existed since the begining and it never stopped. There was never peace on Tibiantis.

On the start server (2nd start i mean after rollback), 2 or 3 days were kinda peaceful, then draconia sneaks etc happened
In terms of activity, regpossessed explained it
In terms of future and server being alive, as long as swedes play there, server will be alive. If they leave, server will slowly die

if they leave other team will show up at some point or people will exp for few months and recover lvls/cash after war

It's hard swedes leave since they spent about or more than 40k euro ingame cash, blessings, characters, supplies. This server is expensive as fuck. The only way they will leave the server is by selling their character. Niklas top mage had an offer of 10k euro which he refused. A lvl 110 rp can cost between 400-600 euro. A simple mage lvl 70-80 between 200-300 euro.

What he said it's true. Tibiantis it's not a server that a full team comes to play there. Most of the teams are build in the server.

If I am playing a sorcerer, im not gonna hop on a runemaker to make runes lol. Losing free magic level.

you are not going to risk dying on a mage during mana sitting and if u are active u prefer to hammer rotworms even 60ms

Tibiantis is just trying to be kinda a replica of old Tibia, not really custom content, events, mysteriando or stuff like that. Kinda boring after a while

completly not true, kay said, there is many hidden snacks like snickers, bounty, twix or even mars, we just too greedy and want everything in 1 second.

How does this ban system works. I was playing this server first few days after start and than logged 1-2 months ago just walk 20 sqm and log out and today I want to log in and its says that my account is banished due to macro usage xd (I never used any program for playing) I dont care at all but im curiuos.

Highly doubt it. None of the recent bans fits this description.

Dunno, I ask my friends. There were 4 of us and 2 account are banned 2 aren't. Banned characters are Blue Paladin and Blue Knight

Im not sure but I guess why Im banned. That knight were sold and I was logging on this character some time before it happened but If im banned because of that its kinda bulshit. It means that if for example I will sell idk 15 lvl druid and it will come out that someone is botting on this character and will get ban playing on different computer and ip I also will get ban on my main because there is some connection before that druid ban happened. I would understand it when one character gets ban and I was loged on same day on the same computer and ip the other character but I dont understand situation where I was logged on that ek I believe 1 month ago and also logged on my character same time but the knight get banned using another device and ip few days ago and Im also banned because I was logged on that banned character 1 month ago.
Just confirm to me that this is it. xd

They also use "Lazy Ban System" which means if you cheat they can ban you after a long time.
