TFS1.3 show mana in percentage after client limit?

Server currently binds the max mana with mana left after reaching past the 65k limit as shown here:

meaning if using bot to use mana pots you need to set to 100% because its always 100% even when going down.

Im pretty sure its limited by packets sent to cipsoft client(amount of bytes) ~65K(FF FF). So it has to be done serverside to work properly

yeah no idea how to do that so i cant give info to server owner to help improve, if anyone has idea how to make it work thanks in advance!
