By the mods standard this sort of thread would be closed and some posts deleted, but it all soo absurd that Kasper probably let it opened because more than one person sided with him, actually everyone, which is pretty unusual, probably first time ever.

Next time I'm gonna advertise something gonna use your template. Clearly showcase the product, state you can contact me for similar one, some important details/features, end with contact info. Pretty straight and direct to the point, 10/10 advertisement. Doubling down by complaining about the mods when I get caught in the main discussion board that is not suited for stuff like that to get even more attention I might skip, might picture me like crazy for some costumers.

Yeah Kaspar is such a bad guy, when I was 10 y/o, Kaspar and me were at the park and he threw some dirt on me and I was so sad that I had to tell my mom was Kaspar was doing, my mom then called his mom and after a few days and some rule-break reports now we are friends again.

ps. he was 12 y/o so thats abusive

Bro, you can't buy/sell things on this forum and that's what your intentions are, so why are you crying so hard? I think the administration does a good job of keeping people from coming here to sell their stuff as a preventative measure to prevent people like me from getting scammed. If you want to sell your stuff, do it, but don't promote it on this forum.

edit: And if your intentions really aren't to profit financially from this, why don't you publish it in the Downloads section so that people can download it?

In that case you are right, but I need to worry you. Fun fact is scammers are still on that forum, they buy premium, change nicknames, delete posts and are doing really fine.

I think that all is too much drama, just using of a bad words in the wrong context. I hope some professional admin will deal with this topic and quickly close it.

Your mind is small, since you do not see the difference and you do not know what it is. You just have to have an excuse to come in here, write something, make your contribution to the toxic part of the community. And yes, this topic showed that part of the community is toxic.

My layouts have been available on the forum since the beginning of 2021, and only now have they become uncomfortable for some reason. I do not intend to contribute to this topic any longer. For people outside of the community, this will be a warning to some of the people in this forum.

If mods are so lovely why I didnt get reply on my easy questions, I just need to know exactly the reason of warning and not to do this mistake itself in the future:

1. Whether the advertisement in this case is an invitation to contact? In this case I can agree.
2. Just sharing contact information, without justification - Is that problem? I got many messages asking me for discord, even to ask some really stupid question. If I put random stuff with my discord added is it advertising?
3. Sharing a link to another thread on the forum? Even if its same forum, not external website and Jobs thread is legal? That is part I don't understand. You make mods heroes, they "protect you from scam", but isn't services still part of forum?

Instead of taking this discussion to PM with the moderator in question, or PMing the forum administrator you so desperately want to come in contact with, you chose to make a public thread. And then when the moderator responsible responds to your frankly ridiculous claims (a competitor conspiracy? Really? Kaspar belongs to the administration/staff but he is definitely not an administrator himself.
It's a clear difference and it was really obv what the OP was asking for, just by the context.

Overall I do not know why this thread is even up still. There will never be a satisfying conclusion.

I am also not a huge fan of recent evolvements in the staff/rule enforcement, BUT:
People would be way more successful and productive if they weren't wasting their valuable time in such meaningless discussions.
That being said, I am myself now holding back and not spending more of my time.
