simple question about euro servers

its like 5 years or more has already gone, no one think about making europe real map 12.x i wonder where is the problem i have seen many good devs and good money making from real map 12.x ots, there is already open source like canary where is good to start your edition however none think about it. only 1 ot server monopoly europe for 3 years, have seen many good devs wanna making money by hiring or helping so what is the big problem these people face?

generally speaking:

1. There is no download and run solution. Anything you want to start needs months worth of patching, huge cost if you aren't the coder yourself.
2. It's not as profitable. Compare minimum wages of Brazil, Poland and Germany and compare currency strengths and purchase powers. If a server makes $1000 profit, a citizen of Brazil will be able to buy most of stuff for this amount of money, out of these three.

isnt it like 70% brazil, 20% poland and 10% misc tibia community now so makes sense maybe to not focus on EU as much anymore and instead US/BR
