Kilmaresh Quest Boss dont work

Good morning, I'm entering the "kilmaresh Quest" and I found this revscript that is apparently not working. I can pull the lever, the boss "Urmahlullu the Immaculate" spawns, but he's not transforming as he should. Can anybody help me?
