Played it abit, not much custom besides the map. It really is just an evo on 13+ client with rl features.

for an evo server yes it won't have much players without but if thats what people want ye sure im not forced to play it. im just stating my opinion..; ur not gonna tell me that the playerbase with or without are even close to eachother xD
 
Pretty polished server for it's Beta state, but not for me sadly.

If you like Evo servers with an up-to-date RL Tibia experience, this is probably going to be your home.
If you want a custom experience, I can't recommend it. Not to say it was advertised as such, just me being hopeful.
 

Changes and Bugfixes (April 1st 2023)

STORE
– fixed runes losing their charges on relog and character death
– tc spent on runes returned to user accounts

COMBAT
– party members no longer deal damage to each other
– fields cast on secure mode (open hand) will be "safe fields" now
– area spells and summons now react to secure mode properly

MAP
– added missing PZ on spawn entryways
– fixed a teleport in Wyverns
– fixed a ladder on Dwarves
– added more monsters in Medusa spawn

MONSTER/NPC
– adjusted loot rate of over 100 monsters
– fixed coryms and stonerefiners invisibility issues
– added missing items to loot NPC
– prey XP bonus is now multiplicative (gives more XP)
– fixed loot analyser being unable to process more than 255 gold at a time

SPELLS
– less spammy "new spells available" messages
– spell messages use "emote spells" config now

TRAINING
– exercise weapons for club, sword and axe are now ranged
– removed [AFK] label from client UI (server side change)​


@zbizu I highly recommend against doing this (– Will offer VIP town and spawns in near future) for VIP Features.
It makes the server P2W in the way that people who cannot purchase VIP due to not having money etc wont be able to reach players who are VIP and they can just continue to hunt in VIP cities not having to worry about some players reaching them to kill them etc.
There are alot more ways you can add VIP features that wouldn't be seen as P2W. Just my 2 cents on the whole thing :) But im still looking forward to trying out the server.

Hey, thanks for your feedback. The cheapest tc bundle is enough to get VIP time for 30 days. Several hours after server launch more than 60% of online players had VIP access so I believe that this won't be much of an issue.

Reallly great server but still has missing much content. And would be even better if otclient worked 👍
 
A smooth launch yesterday! The server looks very good for its beta phase, keep up the good work!

Even though I usually stick to rlmap older Tibia, I've to admit that I had a lot of fun - not only can you try out the latest Tibia 13 features, but also to explore the map that is trully astonishing.

Initially only blatant full-afk cavebotting will be penalized, although we will be gathering data and feedback on how other ways of cheating impact the server.
Changes will be announced in advance so there won't be any penalties applied because "we changed our mind".


House Decorating Improvements

Autolock

Ever wondered if you closed the door in your guildhall room? We got your back!
Behold: !autolock - this command will close the door for you!
Guests who cannot open the door themselves will be unable to stack with you in door tile.

Carpets Anywhere

Do you remember that wall you were not able to decorate with a carpet? That exposed tile underneath it?
That gap you always had to ignore or cover with furniture? We have a solution!
Typing !movecarpet makes the carpet below your feet move in direction you are looking.
Carpets can be recovered through Browse Field dialog.
Hello there,

We're using more intuitive approach for decorating the houses on our projects (Gunzodus etc.). If you unwrap the pack in the backpack it automatically put the decoration item in front of the character. :) GL
 
I am a bit disappointed with this server. I thought that by making an open beta you will also have something interesting to show meanwhile only the maps are noteworthy. Quests are no different from the exp, you run and beat monsters with aoe spells. Bosses [I haven't checked every one] don't have any interesting mechanics either.
There are also a lot of basic bugs, instead of making an open beta you would just make a new character and play a few hours.

Answering players feedback, the experience rates have been raised for levels 1-350.
We have also increased loot chances for imbuing components and lowered house prices.

New experience rates are the following:

[1-25]: x100
[26-50]: x90
[51-75]: x80
[76-100]: x70
[101-125]: x55
[126-150]: x42
[151-200]: x32
[201-250]: x25
[251-300]: x18
[351-400]: x14

Here are other changes we have made today:

Training
– Players with "training" status are no longer possible to push
– Offline training now considers skill rates in progress calculation

Combat
– Fixed PZLock interaction with fields (now only casting aggressive fields applies pzlock)
– Fixed a bug with crystalline arrows not being consumed

Gameplay
– New: item recharge station - equipment can now be recharged for silver tokens
– Fixed connection issues related to quick loot
– Multiple characters per account are allowed to be online now
– Lowered house prices

Monsters and Bosses
– Time to kill daily bosses increased to 30 min
– Added 20 new mini bosses on spawns (see blackboards in tp room)
– Added braindeaths on warlocks spawn
– Decreased amount of lizards
– Decreased amount of bog raiders, increased amount of mutated tigers
– Increased experience stages for low levels
– Increased drop rates of imbuing components
– Fixed "reward bag" flag for some bosses
– Fixed issues with invisibility not working against low level monsters

Taming
– Donkeys can now be tamed. They can be found in north-western part of the city (south depot exit)
– Reduced chances of losing taming items on failed attempts

Annihilator
– Added ornate mace as club weapon for annihilator (weight and defense got adjusted to match SCA and Magic Sword)
– Now can be attempted by 2-4 players (previously only 4 who haven't had this quest yet)
– Fixed lever position inconsistency
– Fixed a bug which caused lever to get stuck occasionally

Lottery
– Changed rendering algorithm to a more stable one
– Increased chance to drop gold token
– Removed rust remover (can be bought in tool shop now)
– Removed Mandrake and Soul Stone
– Added Stamina Refill as one of possible rewards

World Map
– Increased ground speed on trolls
– Added two new quests (soft boots and sets for vocations level 150)
– Added 10+ hidden outfits/mounts/mini-quests on the map

Other changes
– Added stamina refill potion to Store
– Blessings now show required gold cost, a warning is displayed on login now when your character has no blessings​

It's been ages since I've played some tibia ots and at the moment on Noveria I have 120+- level. I definitely enjoyed the gameplay that this server offers and imo it was a correct decision to make an open beta. They can add new content daily while also at the same time they are able to fix the bugs. At some point the beta had to be done anyway, so why not now? I agree that quests feel more like exp, there is hardly any thing that would make them more challenging/make player do something more than kill/skip monsters.
My only problem is as always - slow monsters reaction that is a TFS's nightmare and it's on 99% ots. This shit will be for another 20 years there xD. But from what I've seen fortunately summons don't have a huge role there, so it's tolerable.

We were addressing more urgent in-game issues and the fix was postponed. The profiles are working now.

Some quest concepts are being discussed within Noveria staff right now. The amount of issues to resolve is decreasing so we may start adding more content in near future.
Moreover, the Easter event is at planning phase. Once we settle on the details we will make an announcement.

– Stamina resting area bonus is now for day 2 (previously was for day 3)
– XP Boost now adds 50% of current stage (more exp now)
– Preys now last for 3 hours

– Exercise weapon charges can now be stacked when you use two identical training weapons on each other.

– Moved promotion NPC to a spot easier to find​
 
I mostly stick to servers that have OTC but gave Noveria a shot last weekend. I have to say I'm fucking surprised what Zbizu have done with tibia client. Sometimes you really forget that it's not OTC, lots of cool and unique mechanics and in addition they have one of the most beautiful evo maps I've seen so far, I knew it will be sick map since I saw Cwiras as their mapper. Though I agree with the previous posts that there is still some content missing and various things so that the players have something to do for a few hours daily but I also see that the guys are working on the server every day so I'm sure that in a few months this server will be a big fucking hit when it comes out from open beta. I will give it a go next weekend. Good job Noveria team!

Added VIP city
Skill bonuses can stack now (utito, skill potions, party buffs, etc)
Dropped gold is automatically deposited now
– Updated Knight spells formulae (should hit stronger now)
– Fixed secure mode bug
– Fixed a bug that made it not possible to apply imbuements to dark whispers
– Fixed a bug that made field immune monsters avoid fields when out of combat
– Fixed addon NPC issues
– Adjusted offline Stamina regeneration
– Reverted prey duration back to 2h
– Daily bosses walk on magic fields now
