Hello, I want to test my server with friends with my internet, I called the internet provider and they gave me the username and password of the router so I can open the ports, when I open it I can't enter the server, I think I'm doing it right when I open it the ports but I don't know why it doesn't allow me to open them..
enabled the DMZ, opened the ports also in IPv4 Port Mapping
I have disabled the windows firewall, I have opened the ports in windows firewalls, and nothing... the curious thing is that in the no-ip program my global ip is changing a lot, when I look for my global ip in google, in different pages it gives me different ip, never the same, always different
I have also added the server in firewalls, I have changed the ip4, I don't know what else to do now

cmd ipconfig

You must call and talk to your internet provider to find out if you can open the ports or not. Sometimes, even if you configure everything locally, the blockage is at the network infrastructure level. It usually happens with some providers that use more limited infrastructures.

hello, I'm going to ask again, when I sent them they told me we already gave you the username and password that's how you configure it, that they don't configure it... o_O, I still understand how the context of this is, where I came to live now is a people, I think the fiber optics just arrived... I don't think they know much about the service they provide.

how frequently does it change?

If you go to what's my ip - Google Search (https://www.google.com/search?q=what%27s+my+ip) what you'll see is your public IP address. This is different than your private IP address that you see when doing ipconfig.

192.x.x.x is a private ip address range, so you don't even need to hide it in your screenshots.

What we don't see is if there is an extra hop at the provider level. Your router should list another address, possibly a "WAN address". That WAN address should be a public range one (and ideally the same that you see when visiting the link above), and thus your network should be reachable through the Internet, but some smaller providers do a extra networking here.

If that's the case you possibly need to work with your provider to secure a "static, public IP".

Your friends should be punching in whatever public IP you have, not the private one, and that should be reaching your router if your provider isn't doing extra NATting (Network address translating...)

Finally, you shouldn't need port forwarding if you do the DMZ, as the whole point of the DMZ is to "default" everything to that device/address.
