Rushabra 8.0 - Development

Let me introduce myself, my name is Magic and i have been a tibia player since i had memory, when a cousing show me the game and i was like "seriously you play this?" and after 3 days i was calling him to ask what was the name of the game that he showed to me that day, i played multiples OTS in these years and also played global in different worlds recently so there is a "little" of experience about the game.

So let's get to the point.

What is Rushabra (Rushador/Rusher, + Brazil = Rushabra IQ200)
Rushabra borns inspired in multiples servers and also aims to be a low rate long-term server.

Why 8.0?
We all know what happens in 7.4 servers, there are some people who tolerate playing against players with aimbot but there are other people who are tired from this, and i did not want to start a headache even with a "anti bot system"((which people love to write this in their ads and you still can use hotkeys with some easy program.) and then watch a record reporting a player and then you ban someone from x team and the other team start crying etc.. so to avoid this HOTKEYS.

Why it is inspired in multiples servers?
I took the "concept idea" about rarity system from Tibiascape (I met the rarity system there so my bad if someone had the idea b4)
I took the "concept idea" about on Chain Monster from SOE. (Which is so fun and awesome idea.. my respect.)

And i am truly inspired by Nostalher and Dura for being online so much time and for they respect to the players.(not doing any reset even if players/donations goes down.) (which is one of our core foundations)

2. Your opinion of player ruling server instead of GM's? (you are inspired by servers that have/had people enforcing GM's to make changes towards them only or they quit the server)
3. Your opinion on Premium point shop?
4. Your opinion on Custom spawns/cities?
5. What is your available time that you want to spend working on this server (how many people you hire/working alone?) Because to make good server with all those ideas i think you need a lot of time

Will ask more questions after reading answers to those questions. I want to see if it's worth asking for more
Imo, 8.0 with x1 and those copy pasted things is good idea, people may meme it but i still think it's good idea if implemented correctly.

If i get enlightened with some ideas from good servers (where i enjoyed my time playing) it does mean that i can't have unique ideas?

Before i start answering your questions i want to say thanks to reply to the post and show some interest on it.

1. Cavebot is a difficult topic because it is something that always have been there... and also old school players have less time than before.
This is something that i'm still figuring out but it most likely cavebot will be allowed and possibly on client. Because if it is not integrated on client, people will manage to have it and will be not fair for the people who don't have this "access" and since we already have the "OnChainMonster" (Diabolic, Deadly Monsters) will be not that easy to cavebot like before, since let's say you start cavebotting on rats, and suddently you summon the deadly rat, it will burn you so yeah... could be also a restrictive because of this system.

2. I think it is important to listen what people like/suggest because you can have an idea in what you can add/change, but the word "ruling" is like to far for me since we are going to enter in a loop where there be always people will not like a change and for others they will love it so yeah community it is important to get based on ideas but not take final decision. Let's say the loot is x1 and lot of people start complaining about the loot to get it x2, i can't change it after x time because i can't play with peoples time who put an effort in loot a legendary boots of haste from a necromancer..

3. Premium Shop must be definetly there there will be a free/vip account differences (nothing broken IMO) will be some mounts/outfit from newest version and possibly 1-2 items with regen as popular ots do.

4. Custom spawns/cities are definetly on Rushabra, for example in global map there are to many "empty places" and in Rushabra will come alive for example Greenshore (North of thais) we have a good Dragon Lair there and etc... in the first major update(every month) it will come with a new city with new respawns to start building content for mid/end game levels.

5. Sometimes i work like 3-4 hours daily and 8-10 hours in weekends balancing things, every system you add it comes with "possibly bugs" so yeah in the past 3 months i have been working a lot with talented developers/scripters i don't want to mention them but yeah good people there.

Guilds Automatic Pvp-Enforced System:

This is one of our latest system implemented in Rushabra. Players that are in a guild can kill each other without taking frag. (Don't need to accept a previous war system)

When you are in a guild you will have the following emblem:

Also you will see your teammates with the same emblem:

Players from other guild you will see them with following emblem:
warawr3.jpg

And that means players can kill each other without taking any frags/unjustified kills till one of the player leaves the guild.
