Dreaming Up a Karmia OTS – Low Exp

Hey OTLand fam!

I’ve been messing around with an idea for a new OTS based on the Karmia map, and I’d love to hear what you all think. Picture this: low exp rates for that slow, satisfying grind, some new custom areas mixed into the classic map, and no teleports – just good old walking everywhere . Oh, and I’d want to keep it fair – cracking down on botters with bans .

Here’s the rough plan so far:

• Map: Karmia with a few fresh spots
• Exp Rate: Low (hardcore style, but flexible)
• No Teleports: All about exploration
• Anti-Bot: No cheating allowed
• Launch: Maybe early May-ish

No fancy websites or anything yet – just brainstorming! I’ll be posting updates on my progress here as I work on it, so stick around if you’re curious.

So, what’s your ideal server vibe?

• PvP: Full chaos or chill zones ?
• Quests: Keep it classic or throw in some new ones ?
• Skill/Magic Rates: Super slow or a bit faster ?
• Extras: Any features you’d kill for in an OTS?

You're right, I'll do better

I'm making an OTS server - Adin OTS - on the Karmia map by SadTeam. Base for version 8.6, but I want some additions from the newer version to make the game better, and the atmosphere stays the same. I'm thinking about mounts, addons and maybe some cool quests. The server is supposed to be for players who like fair gameplay without pay-to-win.

For now, I'm setting up the map, NPCs, spawnpoints, and testing how it all works. Exp will be low, so you have to sweat, and bots on full AFK will be punished. Shop only for cosmetics, like addons or mounts, without an advantage over others.

I want this to be our joint project. What would you add? Some quests, events, mechanics? PvP, PvE, or maybe something else? Write in the comments, every idea counts. I'll be posting progress here - screenshots from the game, new features, plans. I aim to launch in May 2025.
