I'm writing this so you know the truth.
He doesn't have enough experience running a server, as his own has only been up and running for 10 years. He won't help you develop OTC, as he's addicted to extending CipSoft client using DLLs. He believes the best solution to the problem is a hook in the client's memory.
When he accepts a project, he completely lacks self-esteem and will calculate his time well below the market rate, just to prevent you from going to a competitor. He won't steal any files from you or share your work (even if you ask for it), because his conscience won't allow it. He has a low reputation and no one knows him because his account is less than 20 years old.
His to-do list is almost as large as the number of OTLand users, and he'll still add there your idea. If you use GIT, be careful, as most of his commits are "quick fix." If you don't speak English or Polish, he won't understand you, as he only knows those two languages.
