It should be a dropdown menu, probably a javascript that doesn't work. # is just a placeholder for the dropdown menu, if you want to remove it and make it point somewhere, delete the # and place the url there instead, ex: highscores.php

You need to alter the column manaspent in the database, currently it is int(11) change it to a bigint(20) and it should solve your problem.
